Can you work over a roof or near the wires?
Yes — limbs over a roof, branches close to the power lines, a trunk that has to land between a fence and a sewer line. The plan for how it comes down is talked through with you first.
Will the yard be left clean?
The brush is loaded out, the lawn is raked, and if you want the firewood, ask.
Is it only removals?
No. Climbing and pruning are a big part of the work, along with consultations on what your trees need over the long term.
Can you get a cat out of a tree?
It has happened — a cat about thirty feet up, back on the ground safely. Call and describe where it is.
